Daniel Wendland was born in Berlin in 1965 and studied law in Berlin, where he also completed his legal training.

He worked as an attorney in a commercial law firm from 1995 to 2023 and became a partner in 1999.

Since 2011, he has also been appointed as a notary.

From 2011 to 2023, he was a member of the board of an international network of law firms.

From 2024 to 2026, he worked as an attorney and notary in a commercial law firm before establishing his own firm and notary office at Kurfürstendamm in Berlin in 2026.
